There is a 10.25% tax and a 15% buyer's fee added to any item won.
ALL BIDS ARE FINAL, WE CAN NOT CHANGE BIDS AFTER THEY ARE PLACED SO PLEASE BE 100% SURE BEFORE PLACING YOUR BIDS. ALL BIDS ARE FINAL.
Guarantee:
Anything won over the amount of $22.50 and plugs into the wall is guaranteed. (There are outlets provided for that purpose). Everything else is "as is" and is yours. We are an auction not a retail store In other words, and as an example, we do not guarantee: hardware included, car stereos; inflatables; battery operated items; children's toys; remote control items; hobby items; play sets; musical instruments; combinations to security locks; dents, scratches, blemishes, discolorations, chips, anything aesthetic; missing parts, accessories, broken parts (many times you are able to obtain these from the manufacturer! ) We will do our best to make sure and give the best service possible but please keep in mind we are an auction house not a retail store.
Make sure to check the items before leaving otherwise all guarantees are void.
ANYTHING WON FOR LESS THAN $22.50 IS YOURS, NO STORE CREDIT, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
ALL BIDS ARE FINAL AND MUST BE HONORED BY THE BUYER.

-No refunds after the day of sale-Payments accepted: Cash, Cashier's Check, Major Credit Cards, and Debit Cards
-Anything won over the amount of $22.50 and plugs into the wall is guaranteed to turn on.
- We do not guarantee: car stereos; battery operated items; inflatables; computer components; children's toys; remote control items; hobby items; play sets; musical instruments, and etc; combinations to security locks; dents, scratches, blemishes, discolorations, chips, anything aesthetic; missing parts, accessories, broken parts-All items are sold as-is-where-is with all faults
-Please inspect all lots prior to bidding
-Buyer is solely responsible determining the condition, faults, and proper identification of auction merchandise
-Items may be added or deleted from sale by the auctioneer
-15% Buyers premium will be added to the sales price-Invoice when receipted is the Bill of Sale
-All sales are final
-All merchandise not loaded out by specified time and left at Integrity Public Auction is entirely at purchaser's risk for any and all losses due to damage, theft, weather, etc.
-Integrity Public Auction will assist load out at Purchaser's request. Integrity Public Auction will not be responsible for any damages to items purchased, personal property or person that occur during load out.
-Items left after the specified amount of time for pick up will be forfeited along with payment. If unpaid your account will be flagged and two unpaid invoices will result in a freeze of your account.
-NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, EXCHANGES, OR RETURNS AFTER THE DAY OF THE SALE.
